What is GOLDEN ROW’s return policy?

Purchases made in-store or at goldenrow.net are eligible for a return or exchange with a receipt within 30 days of the original purchase date. Refunds will be issued on the original form of payment or GOLDEN ROW Gift Card. Some exclusions apply. Returns without a receipt may be eligible for a GOLDEN ROW  Merchandise Return Voucher at the item’s lowest selling price within the last 30 days when accompanied by a valid ID*. Some Exclusions Apply.

What can’t be returned?

Gift Cards, Monogrammed Items, Personalized Items, Altered Items, Body Jewelry, Face Masks, False/Fake Eyelashes, Ear Piercing Kits, Perishable Foods, and Services.

What if I made the order on goldenrow.net?

Items purchased at Goldenrow.net are eligible for a return with a receipt within 30 days of the original purchase date. Refunds will be issued on the original form of payment or GOLDEN ROW Gift Card. Orders purchased with PayPal will be refunded as cash when the customer is present at the point of return or as a check to the customer’s billing address when the customer is not present. Some Exclusions Apply.

A receipt for your goldenrow.net order could include:

  • Order confirmation email
  • Order details within your Shopping History (if signed into your goldenrow.net account)
  • Packing slip shipped with package

Merchandise sold exclusively on Goldenrow.net may have certain exclusions that apply. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the merchandise is delivered was the wrong item, is damaged, defective, or shipped to a location other than the shipping address provided when ordered. Manufacturers’ warranties may apply in certain situations.

There are ways you can return your goldenrow.net order:

Online Returns by Mail: Log in to your account and select the order with the item(s) you want to return. Click the “Start a Return” button and follow the prompts. If you do not have a GOLDEN ROW account, click this link to view your order and start a return. There is a return fee that will be subtracted from your refund amount. Credits can take up to 30 days based on shipping and processing time.

Why does it cost $8 to ship my return back to GOLDEN ROW?

UPS will return your order to GOLDEN ROW for the flat $8 fee. This has been significantly discounted and will cover your entire return from a single order.

How long does it take for a refund to appear on a GOLDEN ROW Credit Card account?

Refunds to a GOLDEN ROW Credit Card typically take 15 days to post to your account from the day the merchandise was received.

How long does it take for a refund to appear on a Bank Card or Debit Card?

For information about refunds to a third-party credit card, contact your financial institution. It typically takes 10-15 days to post to your account from the day the merchandise was received.

What if I don‘t have a receipt?

Returns without a receipt may be eligible for a GOLDEN ROW Merchandise Return Voucher at the item’s lowest selling price within the last 30 days. Some Exclusions Apply.

Valid photo identification is required for all non-receipted returns or exchanges. Information from the ID will be retained in a secured company-wide database to monitor the number of un-receipted returns. GOLDEN ROW accepts the following IDs for returns: U.S., Puerto Rican, Canadian and Mexican Driver’s License; U.S. State IDs; Puerto Rican IDs; Canadian Province IDs; U.S. Military IDs; U.S. Laser Visa; Passports; Matrícula Consular Card; Puerto Rican Voter Identification Card, and Mexican Voter Registration Card. GOLDEN ROW  reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges with or without a valid receipt.

For purchases and returns made in the states of CT and MA: Customers must return any purchase within 30 days of the purchase date to receive a sales tax refund. Returns made after 30 days of the purchase date will receive a refund of the purchase price excluding the sales tax.
